Brigli Bushati's SaaS — the parent account that develops and operates FashionIntel
alongside other platforms. When you purchase a subscription, your payment statement may show
"Brigli Bushati's SaaS" or "Paddle" as the charge descriptor. This is expected
and correct. This refund policy applies fully to all FashionIntel purchases made through that account.
At FashionIntel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Premium subscription. That's why we offer
a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription purchase.

If FashionIntel Premium doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14
days of your first subscription purchase. No questions asked.
🎯 Who Is Eligible for a Refund?
You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- ✓ Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of your first Premium subscription
purchase date
- ✓ You have not previously requested or received a refund from FashionIntel
- ✓ There is no evidence of service abuse or attempts to exploit the refund policy
❌ Refunds Are NOT Available For:
- Refund requests made after 14 days from your first subscription date
- Subscription renewal payments (2nd month onwards) — only your first payment is
eligible
- Accounts that have already received a refund in the past
- Cases where there is evidence of excessive service usage intended to exploit the
refund window
🔄 How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple and can be done directly from your account:
1 Log in to your FashionIntel account
2 Go to your Profile page
3 Click the "Request Refund" button in the Subscription Status section
4 Provide a brief reason for your refund request (this helps us improve our service)
5 Submit your request
Note: The "Request Refund" button is only visible during your 14-day refund eligibility
window. After this period expires, the button will be disabled, and you will see "Refund Unavailable"
instead.
⏱️ Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund request is submitted:
- Immediate: Your Premium access will be removed from your account
- Within 24 hours: Your refund will be processed through Paddle (our payment processor)
- 5-10 business days: The refund will appear in your original payment method
The actual time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider:
• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Bank Transfers: 5-14 business days (varies by bank)
📋 Important Information
- One-time refund: Each user is entitled to one refund only. After receiving a refund,
you will not be eligible for future refunds if you re-subscribe.
- Subscription renewals: Monthly renewal payments (2nd month onwards) are not
eligible for refunds. The 14-day window only applies to your initial purchase.
- Cancellation vs Refund: If you're outside the 14-day window, you can still
cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for
the current billing period.
- Service abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of
abuse, such as making hundreds of predictions within the refund window with the intent to request a
refund.

To maintain fairness for all users and protect the integrity of our service, we have implemented anti-abuse
measures. Refund requests may be denied if:
- The account shows signs of excessive usage inconsistent with genuine evaluation (e.g., 100+ predictions
in a few days)
- Multiple accounts are created from the same user to repeatedly claim refunds
- There is evidence of intent to exploit the refund policy rather than genuinely evaluate the service
